Ghost Hunter Hana DEMO

THIS IS A SHORT DEMO

Hana (which means flower and blossom in Japanese) and is a procedural generated top down hack and slash with some shoot em up elements.

You play as Hana, a young priestess in the making that is not sure if she’s capable of fulfilling all their family expectations, and is brought to this temple by his grandmother to past a trial, a family tradition on her family through generations.

You start the game with only one weapon, a magical brush, which makes the game start as a hack and slash with just melee attacks, and you’ll be fighting a lot of different enemies in the form of yokais (spirits from the Japanese folklore).

All the art was made by TenshiArts

The build right now has the following things:

• An interactive tutorial explaining the basics of the game (This one we would like to polish it a lot to be smoother experience still).
• A procedural generated level which is already using the foundation in which we will build the rest of the game.
• A secondary weapon in the form of parchments, which introduces the shoot em up like part of the game.
• A few enemies and a boss.
